SARDET
Neenah Welcomes You!
U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 095-04-03 serves the
Lake Winnebago area in northeastern Wisconsin, and is a
Search and Rescue Detachment (SARDET) of
U.S. Coast Guard Station Sheboygan.
Individuals and groups interested in recreational boating safety are invited to take advantage of our
boating courses,
free vessel safety checks, and even
becoming a member of our flotilla.
In
addition to public educational programs and vessel safety checks, our
members also receive special training to assist the U.S. Coast Guard in
safety patrols, search and rescue,
and marine environmental protection. We maintain a
25' Defender Class SAFE boat
in operational readiness.
Our
flotilla meets at 7:00 p.m. on the second Thursday of every month
(except December and January) in the Bravo office on the first floor of the
Anchor Bank building, 130 Main St., Menasha (across from the
marina). The night entrance is from the parking lot in the
back (on Chute Street). Visitors are welcome.
